What really stood out, though, was the service. May and Joma were incredibly friendly and had a great attitude throughout our visit. It’s rare to find such dedicated staff in a casual spot. "Four stars mainly for the taste. We ordered chilli mayo chicken and black aglio toppoki. The size of toppoki is much smaller now but both still taste as good. The service at this restaurant has always been a hit and miss. They charge 10% service fee and expect you self serve water, maybe this is just how it is in HK."

"I've been ordering takeout from Puradak Chicken at Park Central in Tseung Kwan O almost every 2-3 weeks and been a regular customer for years now, and they never disappoint – it's become a regular craving fix for me! The food is consistently excellent. Their oven-baked fried chicken stays super crispy even after the ride home, juicy inside, and not too oily (which is rare for fried chicken). Favorites include the Corn-So Amazing (sweet and addictive), Mad Garlic, Chili Mayo, and Black Aglio – the flavors are bold and perfectly balanced. Portions are generous, and it reheats really well if there's any left (though it rarely does!). Service for takeout is always smooth and friendly. The staff are quick, polite, and the orders are ready on time – no long waits, and they pack everything neatly so nothing spills or gets soggy. Even during busier evenings, they handle pickup efficiently. Great value, delicious consistent quality, and hassle-free takeout every time. If you're in Tseung Kwan O and love Korean fried chicken, this is the spot – highly recommend becoming a regular like me!"

"Puradak Chicken in Tseung Kwan O is fantastic! It's my favorite restaurant because I love food. I especially enjoy the special chili mayo chicken, seafood pancake, soft tofu, and kimchi soup. All the other dishes are great too! I go there every day for lunch and dinner since I work nearby, making it very convenient. Sometimes, I bring my friends along to enjoy the experience together. The waitstaff is also very kind and attentive. Their service is excellent, and they welcome customers sincerely, always ready to assist with ordering food. Importantly, if a customer makes a mistake with their order, the staff will gladly change it and prepare a new one. I once accidentally ordered the wrong dish, and they were so polite in canceling my order and placing a new one. They didn't show any negative reaction, which I really appreciated."
